In these conditions:

“The company” means Buzspoke Limited.

“The customer” means the person/company who has placed the order.

We aim to supply your goods within 14 days However some things are out of our control such as issues with suppliers and delivery companies. We will however keep you informed if there is likely to be such problems.

Due to customization of your order refunds are not available unless products are defective. You must inform the company immediately and confirm in writing within 3 days.

All printed garments must be washed inside out at 30% or less and not be tumble dried in order to preserve print.

We do our best to describe our products accurately however not all devices display colours accurately. So your print may vary slightly from what you have on your screen.

By forwarding your artwork to Buzspoke Limited you grant us the right to use the design on our website or social media solely for the purpose of promoting our services.

We aim to supply the closest colour match to the artwork supplied but due to the print processes used there might be a slight variation.

The location of artwork is done by hand and placed where we deem most appropriate. You have no right to reject or return due to incorrect positioning.

Based on the makeup of your order we will choose which print process is best to use, i.e. DTD, DTF, Vinyl or sublimation. You have no right to reject on the basis of print type unless you have specifically requested a type prior to printing.
