Returns

Printed items can only be returned if they are faulty. Once they have your artwork on them they can not be resold.

We accept that things can go wrong so in the unlikely event, please tell us immediately.

Put your complaint in writing within 3 working days; this must also include photos.

We will then advise if these items need to be returned and the best way to do so.

Please note garments that have been washed at over 30 degrees or put in a tumble dryer will not be subject to return over print issues.
